After the portfolio event (see previous post), what happened to be just down the street? The Vita Cafe. One of my new favorite restaurants, it specializes in vegetarian and vegan fare as well as local and organic products. I, being a vegetarian, love that I get a break from the typical gardenburger when going out to eat. I mean, where else can you get a buffalo tofu wrap? Not only is the food unique and delicious, but their branding is pretty great too. I like the russian constructivist style and photo-collage, you can see it on the website. It was designed by Full Blast Inc, another portfolio site I really like.
Oh yeah, they serve the BEST vegan cake.
